This Privacy Policy explains how Hanumate Healss (“we”, “us”), operated by Nancy, handles information collected through https://www.hanumatehealss.com and through our booking and session process. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city, and the question or situation you wish to have read.
Booking information: the session type you selected, the date and time agreed, and the language you prefer.
Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We receive a payment confirmation and reference number. We never see, collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or bank account details.
Technical information: if analytics is enabled, standard information such as pages visited, approximate location and device type may be collected in aggregate.

How we use it

To schedule, hold and conduct your session
To confirm payment and issue a receipt
To respond to your messages and follow-up questions
To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not use the contents of your reading for marketing.

Confidentiality of sessions

What you discuss in a session is treated as confidential. Sessions are not recorded, and the details of your reading are not shared with family members, other clients, or any third party — including someone who has paid for your session on your behalf. The only exceptions are where disclosure is required by law.

Who we share information with

Razorpay — for processing payments, under their own privacy policy
Communication and hosting providers — such as WhatsApp, our email provider and our website host, to the extent needed to run the service
Government or legal authorities — only where we are legally required to do so

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law. Message threads and enquiry details are kept only as long as needed for your ongoing sessions, and are deleted on request unless we are legally required to retain them.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Sessions and this website are intended for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children. A reading for a minor may only be booked by a parent or legal guardian.

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, along with any analytics cookies we enable. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Your rights
