These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://www.hanumatehealss.com and any session booked with Hanumate Healss, operated by Nancy. By booking a session or making a payment, you accept these terms.

1. Nature of the service

Hanumate Healss provides tarot card readings and spiritual guidance sessions. Readings are offered for guidance, reflection and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and must not be treated as such. Any decision you take after a session remains entirely your own.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Tarot reads the energy and direction of a situation as it stands. We make no promise or guarantee about any specific result, event, date, or another person's behaviour. We do not offer any service that claims to remove a curse, and we do not require you to purchase objects, stones or rituals from us.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session. A session for a minor may be booked only by a parent or legal guardian, who must be present.

4. Booking and payment

• Session fees are: Thursday OPD ₹108; online consultation ₹3,100 for 45 minutes; in-person session ₹7,200 for 1.5 hours.
• Fees are payable in advance. A slot is confirmed only after payment is received.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. All fees are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The fee covers a single session. No additional charge is raised during or after a session.

5. Rescheduling and no-shows

You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not attend at the agreed time and have not given notice, the session is treated as delivered and the fee is not refundable. If we need to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative slot or a full refund.

6. Conduct during sessions

We ask for basic courtesy in both directions. We reserve the right to end a session, without refund, in cases of abusive behaviour, intoxication, or repeated attempts to seek advice we have stated we do not provide.

7. Confidentiality

Your session is confidential and is not recorded. Please do not record the session or publish any part of it without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, imagery, the logo, and the custom card artwork — belongs to Hanumate Healss and may not be copied, reproduced or used elsewhere without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any session is limited to the fee paid for that session. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions you make following a reading.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
